What is included with each Instagram purchase?

Are followers real or bot-loaded?

We do not hide the mixed ones; they are simply priced lower. Premium follower tiers contain only organically grown audiences, and if a batch does not meet that standard, we do not list it under the premium label at all.
Can I switch the account to business or creator mode?
Yes, they are. The business-mode and creator-mode tiers arrive already switched, with insights turned on. Standard accounts can be switched by hand after the first login, and the step-by-step instructions are in our docs. If something on the screen looks different from the guide, message us on Telegram and a real person will walk you through it, usually within a few minutes.
How aged is an aged Instagram?
A 1-year tier means the account has stayed continuously active for at least twelve months, with real posts, follows and login patterns behind it. Higher tiers go up from that point without any padding or rounded-up ages. If the true age is eleven months, we list it as such, and we would rather lose a sale than have you find a mismatch later.
Do bought Instagrams survive automation tooling?
Aged and business-mode tiers survive automation tooling significantly better than fresh PVA, but no account is immune. For aggressive automation, use a residential proxy that matches the GEO, together with a mobile emulator in your antidetect setup. Keep action limits low in the first week and follow the warm-up calendar. If you tell us your plan, we will say honestly whether the tier you picked can cope.
What is your replacement policy?
The window is twenty-four hours from the moment credentials are delivered. During that time any dead, restricted or mismatched account is replaced from the priority lane, which sits apart from the regular support queue. Write to us in Telegram or the dashboard with the login and a short description of the problem. If we do not have a matching replacement in stock, we will say so and offer an alternative.

Since we are a small team, large batches sometimes have to be assembled in parts, and we say so plainly, including the real date each part will be ready.

US, UK, CA and AU follower bases command the highest CPM for influencer work, so they cost the most and run out the soonest. LATAM and SEA tiers are competitive for mid-tier brand campaigns and give good value per follower. Tell us the offer, the audience and the budget, and we will point to the GEO that suits it rather than to the priciest one.
How fast does delivery happen?
Crypto payments usually clear in 1–2 minutes, and card payments take up to five minutes because they pass through a fraud-engine check. Once the payment is confirmed, credentials appear in the dashboard immediately, with no manual approval step from us. If a payment seems to hang for longer than that, send us the order ID on Telegram and we will check it by hand.
